In Washington D.C you have to be either a licensed Esthetician or Cosmetoligist to perform any eyelash and/or brow services. As all states are different, please contact your state regulatory board for information that applies to your state.

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to be paid in order to secure your spot for the course. The remaining balance is required to be paid in full 14 days prior to the course start date. If a course is booked within less than 14 days of course start date, the course balance is due in full at the time of booking.

All deposits are non-refundable, however if you cannot make it to your booked course please contact info@artosthetics.com immediately. If less than 14 days notice is given, a new deposit will be required but the remaining paid balance will carry over.
