Policies

LATENESS:

We strongly encourage clients to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments to allow time to fill out paperwork and get settled in. If arriving 15 minutes or more past the scheduled appointment time, the appointment is subject to being cancelled and cancellation policies may be enforced.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

You will not be charged if you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of service price for late cancellations and 100% of service for no shows.

Please note: If client cancels within LESS THAN 1 hour to the appointment start time (or doesn't show), the appointment will be marked as a NO SHOW and 100% of the service cost will be charged.

In the event of a declined credit card charge, the client will need to pre-pay for any future appointments (including any missed appointment in full) and will not be able to schedule appointments via our online system. Pre-payments are non-refundable. Art of Lash may require more than 24 hours to reschedule a pre-paid appointment.

SALON POLICY:

Please do NOT bring any friends, family, children or pets to your appointment. 

NO use of cell phones and/or multitasking during your appointment. 

Payments: We accept most major credit cards (VISA/MasterCard/Discover/Amex). Please understand that we do not take personal checks or cash.
